I’ve been in a few nursing homes through the years and I think Pikes Peak is different – the receptionist was nice and welcoming, the residents look clean and cared for, the management team listened and cared about my opinions. Overall I had a great experience and the inside looks nice and modernized. 5 Stars! When I walk in, it’s clean and smells nice. I hear laughter in the halls because staff interact with residents treating them like their own family. The food also taste and look great and the staff are competent and skilled. They all truly care about the residents.
